How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings → Unlock Pro in the app. It's a one-time purchase — no further payment is required afterward.
I purchased Pro but it's not unlocked
Tap "Restore Purchase" in the app's Settings. If that doesn't help, email us with your purchase date.
My records are gone after switching phones
Your records are stored only on your device, not on our servers. Restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup to bring them over.
How are care due dates calculated?
Each bin's due date is calculated from the interval you set and the date care was last completed.
What does Population (Growing / Stable / Declining) mean?
It's a note you set yourself for each bin to track how a colony is trending over time. The app does not count individuals — tap the tag on the Dashboard to cycle through the three states.
