Terms of Use
These terms apply to the iPhone app Engrave Check: Typo Finder ("the app") provided by SenriLabs ("we"). By using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
1. What the app does
The app reads text in a picture of your design or engraved piece and compares it, word by word, with order text you enter. It marks each word as a match, a difference, or one to check by eye.
2. You make the final decision
- Text recognition is not perfect. Results depend on the picture, lighting, fonts, and materials. A word may be read incorrectly, or not at all.
- The app compares your design with the order text you enter. It cannot tell whether that order text is correct, and it cannot catch mistakes made by your customer.
- The app is a tool to help you check. You are responsible for checking your work before engraving or shipping. We are not responsible for remakes, refunds, shipping costs, lost materials, reviews, or other losses arising from engraving or shipping decisions.
3. Your data
Your data is stored only on your device. We cannot recover it if it is lost. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Free and Pro
- Free use is limited to 3 new checks per day. Checking the same order again does not count. The daily count resets at midnight in your device's time zone.
- Pro removes the daily limit. It is offered through Apple In-App Purchase as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
- We may change the free limit or Pro features in future versions.
5. Prohibited use
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or use the app in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
6. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms, or stop offering the app. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
